Theatre News Roundup: 9/6

 Hello my dears,

Short and late TNR today. I saw a wonder cello player perform this afternoon and then spent the night running through the score of Guys and Dolls at 54 Below. There's a lot of it that I already knew but quite a bit that I didn't and it was great to see actors actually bring it to life. The Adelaides were a lot of fun though my heart is with those gorgeous songs that Sarah sings. And the Sky Masterston was a charmer. I really wish I'd been able to see Peter Gallagher play that role. But everyone did a really nice job. Even the ensemble had their moments to shine.
